有趣才會主動學英文就是要這個原則!
無論如何都要學英文的理由
立法院會三讀通過「高級中等教育法部分條文修正案」，將被外界批評黑箱運作的課程審議會拉高到行政院層級，政府代表占四分之一，民間代表除學者、教師，也首度納入學生代表。
對此，行政院長張善政17日受訪時表示，並非一定要拉高到政院層級才代表重視，各部會有其專業，若什麼事情都放在政院，準行政院長林全必須考量人力問題。張揆說：『(原音)所有重要業務還是以部會主管為主要出發點，放在行政院是大家期待要凸顯重要性，我可以瞭解，但實務上到底是否合適，要請林全院長再考量一下。』
張揆表示，政府體系各有分工，目前救災工作、食安工作也都以部會為主；他表示，可以瞭解外界希望凸顯重要性所以拉高至政院層級，但仍要考量實務面。
